Precision & adjust-ability
Rotor head and all other tool repositioning is carried out by servo motors. This allows to reposition the tolls just under 20sec. and gives precision of 0.5 mm
Processing Speed
Rotary principle allows to carry out many parallel processes at once. This gives sufficient time for good quality cutting no mater the overall speed of the machine.
In-feed and out-feed ad on option
If desired the rotary unit can be fitted both with board-by-board in-feed station and stacking station.

Rotary garden house element production line has been specifically designed for high speed single element type production from fixed length material. Parallel processing allows to reduce the processing time down to 5 sec. per element. Rotor repositioning for starting a new job is servo based and is carried out in 20 seconds with 0.5mm precision.
